Save the Children, an international relief and development organization
that seeks to make lasting changes in the lives of children worldwide,
has an immediate opportunity for a Behavior Change Advisor to provide
leadership in health promotion and behavior change for the Saving
Newborn Lives (SNL) global initiative. As a key member of the SNL team,
the Behavior Change Advisor will provide technical support and training
to health practitioners, community health organizations, and mothers:
and will be instrumental in developing culturally appropriate
strategies and interventions to improve newborn health care services in
developing counties.

Requirements include:
-A Master's degree in public health, health education or related
  field.
-Ten years' field experience designing and implementing behavior
  change.
-Programs, preferably in Africa or Asia, with special emphasis
  in Reproductive health and or child health programs.
-Proven ability to work effectively as a team member, and
  catalyst for change, with ability to integrate ideas into programs and
  services.
-Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
-Competency in French or other second language desired.
-Ability to travel internationally 40% of the time.
