Please see the WHO website for operational health services managers:

On the right-hand side you will see a link to "Study courses" and on that page there is a further link to "Distance based learning"
Another alternative is to go to the link "Search for courses" and use some of the search engines there.
The Medicus Mundi search engine is particularly good. They have a series of topic options on determinants of health - one is on poverty, another is on social determinants - you have to scroll down the list of topics to find the health determinants topics.
After selecting a topic, be sure to choose the distance learning option on the search engine.
