RFI: Government/NGO relationships in health

Request for information! I am going to Malawi very shortly (June 20) to
work with the MOHP on formalising the relationships between government
and health provider NGO's. I am collecting material concerning contrac-
tual agreements and regulatory frameworks, and if anyone can point me
to examples of good practice I would be really grateful.
