Greetings from Madagascar!
Can anyone point me to any good internet-based University-level dis-
tance learning courses (preferably in French) that offer degrees or
diplomas in the following fields:
1) Health Administration/Management in developing countries
2) Public Health for Developing countries
3) Computers, databases and integrated GIS / MIS / HIS operations
Any information, URLs or other contact information that can be passed
on would be greatly appreciated.
