[e-drug] A National drug policy for Sri Lanka

Dear E-Druggers,

I am an assistant lecturer working at the Dept. of Pharmacology, Univ. of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. The Health Ministry in our country is planning to implement a National Drug Policy and I need your assistance in drafting our proposals for it. Please let me know the methods adopted in your countries with respect to the following issues:

1. Limiting the number of products registered under one generic name.

2. Identify and limit me-too drugs.

3. Post Marketing Quality Assurance of Drugs.

Thank you!
