We are pleased to introduce to you Acta Farmaceutica Bonaerense,a young scientific journal devoted to all aspects of Pharmaceutical Sciences, edited by the College of Pharmacists of the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in cooperation with members of the Department of Biological Sciences of La Plata University. The first number of Acta Farmaceutica Bonaerense appeared on September 1982, and since 1986 three numbers a year are published. Papers in Spanish and English are received, and summaries are regulary included into Chemical Abstracts, Biological Abstracts, International Pharmaceutical Abstracts and Referativnyi Zhurnal, among others. The journal has been nominated by the Argentine Technical Press Association as the best scientific journal during 1986. Up to date exchange has been agreed with more than fourty journals of America, Australia, Asia and Europe and we are now trying to extend it to other journals.
