E-Drug: ASK-20 - medication adherence tool

[The ASK-20 tool is a medication adherence tool to find barriers to medication adherence that can be addressed. It is provided by GSK which can be accessed in full from the site http://www.takingmeds.com/hcp/resources_hcp.html. Although it has been validated in a Western setting, it may not be fully valid in the Kuwait setting and may need some adaptation. If anyone is aware of other validated instruments that can be used or adapted for identifying barriers to medication adherence perhaps they could e-mail the details directly to Mona. DB - Moderator]
Dear colleagues
We are currently working on a research proposal at our organaization. It would be highly appreciated if someone can provide me with a copy of the ASK 20. It is a validated survey related to assessing adherence to medications and barriers, could not secure a copy so far. I look forward for your help
