E-DRUG: Benzydamine hydrochloride

Dear E-druggers,
We are trying to update the rational use of nonsteroidal anti-
inflammatory drugs (NSAID) and we need information about the efficacy
of benzydamine hydrochloride given by mouth. Martindale only mentions
the doses, and in other references we found information on its topical
use only. Can anyone send us current information about its efficacy?
