E-drug: Cost of antituberculosis treatment (ATT)

Dear Colleagues,
I am interested to know the average cost of antituberculosis treatment.
I am writing an article for comparing the cost of ATT with other
illnesses. I want to know the average cost per month in dollars of
treatment in a DOTS programme .I shall be grateful if anyone can
identify the cost and the source of information for this. I did try the
WHO site but had not much success.
