# E-DRUG: E-drug now moderated

Dear colleagues,

E-drug will be a moderated conference from now on. This means that the moderator  
(me or someone else) will filter out all messages with "subscribe" and  
"unsubscribe" (which should be sent to majordomo@usa.healthnet.org, and NOT to  
e-drug@usa.healthnet.org), and that other submissions may be screened for  
appropriateness and edited (to remove unnecessary information).

The process will slightly delay the multiplication of your message(s) to all  
subscribers, but we hope that the improved quality will compensate for that.  
Also, many subscribers have to pay for incoming mail, so that it is important to  
keep messages concise and to the point.

If there are other volunteers in E-drug who would be willing to share the  
responsibility of moderating this list, please contact me.
