I am interested in information on essential drug programs throughout  
Africa. Successes and failures in the areas of procurement, distribution  
and local production. We are presently focusing on Madagascar. I would  
appreciate any Madagascar specific information/statistics re:  
international involvement -aid, manufacturers, NGOs, as well as any other  
studies or information on feasability, public health or related
