E-drug: Essential drugs in village setting (cont)

I've posted e-drug message "Essential drug in village setting" in  
e-farmacos, because I thought that it could be also interesting for  
people living in some Latin American countries. Carolina Seade, an  
Uruguayan clinical pharmacologist, has sent a response with the name of  
a contact person in Brazil that could be of interest for the original  
e-drug message sender.

I sent you an (approximative) translation in spanglish.
