E-drug: Generic quality (cont) --------------------------------------------- In response to James Love: Yes, and that's what's so intriguing about the topic. Keeping in mind, that there are clear, unequivocal regulations and guidelines surrounding the approval requirements for generics, it would be a real enlightenment to have the regulatory authorities such as the FDA, at whatever level of "refusal" they so choose, make their work in this area available. And, soon, compulsory licensing will begin to look like generic drug market forces at work, assuming, of course, that generics do in fact, meet the requirements. Just a thought, Tom Thomas A.
