E-drug: Malaria treatment (cont) --------------------------------------------- Why would one use combination therapy in adults and monotherapy in children - surely the same logic must apply regardless of the patient's age? Compliance with a long course of artemisinin suppositories, required if monotherapy is to be successful, is improbable.
