E-drug: Orphan drug outcome databases

Dear e-druggers,
We are interested to know if anyone is involved with orphan drug
database management systems. We are specifically interested in
the long-term collection of outcomes (both positive and adverse)
from patients (via prescribers or pharmacists) and any experiences
of the usefulness of such databases.
