E-DRUG: Penalties in contracts with logistics services providers (2)

In response to Dimitri Peffer's question: for penalties on ARV supplies,
you can refer to the Swaziland example by contacting the local WHO office
(hiv@who.org.sz). I have recently developed a standard contract agreement
for ARV suppliers, which has been successfully implemented by NERCHA
(National Emergency Response Council on HIV/AIDS) in its competitive
procurement process for ARV.
