Dear Yingfen,
In the english language, and in North America, you may try the
University of Pennsylvania webpage (Center for Clinical Epidemiology
and Biostatistics), which offer both an MSc and a PhD track program.
The contact there may be Mr Thomas Kelly. In Canada (Montreal), you
may try the McGill University webpage (Department of Epidemiology &
Biostatistics). They offer an MSc and PhD in Epi & Biostats, with
emphasis in pharmacoepi. The contact person there may be Ms Marlene
Abrams.
Hope this helps,

Rodolfo J Dennis, MD MSc
