The dose of antituberculosis medications, including fixed-dose
combinations [FDCs], is usually based on the patient's body weight. The
United States Pharmacopeia Drug Quality and Information Program (USP
DQI) maintains a list of drug information monographs, including
monographs on FDC antituberculosis drugs at the departments's website:
