E-DRUG: RFI: Ethamsylate efficacy?

Dear E-druggers,
I am looking for information on a hemostatic drug Ethamsylate or Etamsylate.
It was available in Europe under the brand name Dicyenene. I need a product
monograph for this particular compound. Moreover, there seems to be an
insufficient information regarding its clinical efficacy and yet the drug is
available in India. Can anyone help me?
