E-drug: Role of the pharmacist in the hospital setting
----------------------------------------------------------

Dear e-druggers,

We are interested in improving the quality of clinical care in our
hospitals. Our strategy focuses on core training of a small group of
pharmacists in clinical pharmacy. On their turn, these would cascade their
knowledge to other pharmacists / health workers in the hospital setting.
The result of this effort will be that pharmacists will contribute to
improving patient care, in close collaboration with other care providers.
What are the experiences in other (developing) countries?
