E-drug: Safety of Fexofenadine ( Allegra)

Dear E-druggers,

This week the product Allegra was launched on the market of Peru. Its
safety, as compared to earlier generations antihistamines, is highly
praised. I was wondering whether there have been reports of adverse
reaction in the USA and Canada (and other countries) where the product has
been on the market for some time. I also wondered whether it is true that
this is an OTC product in Canada.
