E-drug: subscription to Practical Pharmacy

Dear Sirs:
[We are not all "Sirs"!! - most people call us colleagues, friends or
e-druggers. BS female co-moderator]
My wife and I work with the Cotabato Manobo, one of the highland peoples of the
southern Philippines. Part of our work involves assisting village health
workers, so we were interested to learn of the Practical Pharmacy newsletter
from an article in Footsteps. I attempted to subscribe to the letter using an
e-mail address of "gstockag@cs.com," but the message could not go through. I
therefore went to the Internet to find other contacts for the newsletter. I
assume from what I found that E-Drug is a discussion group or action group
concerned with practical pharmacy and is in some way connected to the Practical
Pharmacy newsletter. Would you please tell me how we may subscribe to the
publication?
