At Quamed we are looking for an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our international organisation into its next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a respected Belgian non-profit working at the intersection of pharmaceutical quality assurance, regulatory strengthening, and global health.

About the Role

As Executive Director, you will:

- Lead Quamed’s global team and provide strategic direction.
- Oversee our technical programmes, including assessments, training, technical assistance, and quality certification.
- Drive organisational growth through business development and fundraising.
- Represent Quamed with members, donors, regulatory authorities, and international partners.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a leader with:

- At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or related fields.
- Significant senior leadership experience within an international NGO, health agency, or pharmaceutical organisation.
- Strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for improving access to quality medicines globally.
- Excellent English communication skills (French is an asset).

Position Details

Application deadline: Monday, 20 July 2026, 23:00 CET  
Location: Fully remote (Virtual Headquarters), with international travel approximately 10–15% of the time.

Expected start date: Between 1–15 October 2026
