Whether we are researchers, ethics reviewers, educators, students, students coaches etc., this is essential information: the new version of the #DeclarationofHelsinki (2024) has been adopted by the World Medical Association (WMA) in Helsinki. The new text is available here:

As stated in the tweet of the WMA, the global medical reference on research involving human participants has been updated to 2024 realities, with two substantive change areas: participant-centered inclusion and protection & research beneficence.
