E-drug: Drug Formulary (cont --------------------------------------------- Dear Ooi WHO Drug Action program has an old document "Development and implementation of drug formularies." You can go through that. Additionally there is a book Managing Drug Supply by Management Sciences for Health. It also gives some details on developing and using hospital formularies.
