Dear Moderator,
My name is Dr. Suwit Wibulpolprasert. I am the editor of the Human
Resources Development Journal (HRDJ). This is a new journal which
came out about 6 months ago. It can be accessed through the internet.

In the third HRDJ issue we will have a round table discussion on "De-
centralisation and Human Resources for Health: Implications and Im-
pact". There is a paper prepared by Riitta-Liisa from MSH, our 'de-
centrl-forum' moderator.
I would like to invite the members of this forum to participate in the
discussion on a voluntary basis. Those who are interested in the dis-
cussion can send an e-mail to me so that I can send the paper to them
directly. My address is:

The discussion paper should be not longer than 2-3 pages double
spaced. Tables and figures, and references are all welcomed. The
author including position and address should be clearly identified.
The discussion paper should be sent to me before 20th November pref-
erably by e-mail. Some or all of the discussions may be considered to
be published in the HRDJ along with the paper prepared by Riitta-
Liisa.
I hope to receive many responses very soon.
