Multi-Media Centre - University of Nairobi

Dear Colleagues,
As Nairobi University requested the Free University of Brussels to have
collaboration in the setting up of a multi-media centre (included a Center
for long-distance learning) at their campus, I like your advice.
Indeed, as I will probably be the coordinator for the University of
Brussels of an institutional collaboration between the two Universities, I
like to work in a complementary way and will avoid any duplication with
your initiatives in AFRO-NETS.
