E-DRUG: SADC principles for negotiation with drug companies

Hi all
Below (apologies for the length of the document) is the SADC
document on principles to guide negotiations with drug companies,
as obtained from Dr Balfour at the SADC Health Desk. It is dates
August 2000, and also has a table of current HIV/AIDS indicators
in member states (mostly drawn from the UNAIDS Report 1999)
