These Terms of Service govern use of the Internet forum at https://talk.edrugplus.org (“the Forum”), operated by the E-Drug Foundation, headquartered in the Netherlands. By accessing or using the Forum, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Forum.
The E-Drug Foundation may offer other products and services under different terms. These Terms apply only to use of the Forum.

These Terms contain provisions that affect your legal rights, including:

Your Permission to Use the Forum
Subject to these Terms, the E-Drug Foundation grants you permission to use the Forum. All users must agree to and comply with these Terms to participate.
Conditions for Use
Your permission to use the Forum is subject to the following conditions:

You must be at least 13 years old (16 years old in the EU unless you have parental consent).

You may not use the Forum if the Foundation informs you directly that you are prohibited.

You must comply with these Terms, including Acceptable Use and Content Standards.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Forum, including but not limited to:

Breaking the law or encouraging others to do so.

Accessing or attempting to access another user’s account without permission.

Sending spam, advertisements, or chain letters.

Automating access except for search indexing.
-
Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation.

Circumventing security controls or overloading the Forum’s infrastructure.

Hosting harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
Content Standards
You may not submit content that:

Is unlawful, offensive, abusive, harassing, or hateful.

Infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy.

Contains malicious code (e.g., viruses, spyware).

Discloses confidential or personal data without consent.
Enforcement
The E-Drug Foundation may investigate and take action against violations, including suspension or termination of accounts, content removal, and cooperation with law enforcement.
Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account:

You agree to provide a valid e-mail address and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

You must use a secure password and keep it confidential.

You may close your account at any time by contacting contact@e-drug.org.

The Foundation may restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms.
Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant the Foundation a license to host, publish, and share it with other users of the Forum.

This license ends when your content is removed from all Foundation systems, except where other licenses (e.g., Creative Commons) apply.

You remain responsible for the content you post.
Your Responsibility
You agree to indemnify the E-Drug Foundation against claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the Forum or violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Forum is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Foundation does not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, or security of the Forum or content.
Limits on Liability
As far as the law allows, the Foundation’s liability to you is limited to direct damages up to €50. The Foundation is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
Feedback
We welcome feedback and suggestions. By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use it freely without obligation to you.
Termination
Either you or the Foundation may terminate this agreement at any time. Termination ends your permission to use the Forum. Provisions on Your Content, Responsibility, Disclaimers, Limits on Liability, and General Terms survive termination.
Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Netherlands.

If you are an EU resident, you may also have the right to raise disputes via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
General Terms

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

The Foundation may assign these Terms in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and the Foundation regarding use of the Forum.

Changes
