Advancing Partners & Communities (APC) has recently joined social media on Facebook and Twitter! The launch of our channels aims to promote APC's work in improving the overall health of communities and achieving other health-related impacts, especially in relationship to family planning.
*About:* Advancing Partners & Communities (APC) is a five-year project funded and managed by USAID’s Office of Population and Reproductive Health and implemented by JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., in partnership with FHI 360.
APC advances and supports community programs that improve the overall health of communities and achieve other health-related impacts, especially in relationship to family planning. The project increases access to community-based health services, spanning a spectrum of health issues including family planning, HIV, maternal heath, newborn and child health, nutrition, and control of infectious disease.
