African Summit: another example (2)

I am African, however as a descendent of displaced Africans, so I
presume that you email is not directed towards me. However, I have
read both the below and the piece about the Summit, and while I read
them with interest I am not sure exactly what the point is that you
are making. In reading this piece, and having attended both a re-
gional and the National Summit, I am not clear where you see simi-
larities.
My other comment is that I thought that politicians and political fo-
rums in all countries participate in activities of 'pomp and circum-
stance' and it what will make them look good, and get the outcome
that they want.
