AFRO-NETS web page

Dear colleagues,
due to a syntax error in the AFRO-NETS index page some subscribers received
an empty page when trying to log into http://www.afronets.org
This has been corrected. Thanks to Robert K. Foreman, Center for Communication
Programs, Baltimore for the advice.
Interestingly this obviously happened only with Netscape, not with Internet
Explorer or Opera as browsers.
