There may be but the big International Conference is planned for 2000
in Durban. There may be a regional conference in l999 and Harare has
been mentioned. Let me know when you find out.

Also do you know about South Africa's network on HIV under Gen. (Re-
tired) Kenneth Ingham? He should be contacted if your interest is in
military prevention, or maritime, prisons, police prevention.
