reviewed Medical and Health Internet resources.
The AUTHOR is Sheelagh Noonan BA DipLib, the former Director of The

recommendations.INTERNET MEDICUS IS UPDATED DAILY.
CRITERIA for Site selection includes: Source Validity, Site Reliability,
Timeliness of Updates, Quality of Contents, Site Ease of use, Relevance of
Information to Medical/Health professionals, Librarians and other users.
SUBJECT AREAS covered include ALL major medical/health specialities, e.g.
Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Nursing, as well as Consumer Information,
Evidence Based Medicine, Medline and Document retrieval, Medline Journals,
Conferences, Discussion Lists, Clinical Practice Guidelines and Full Text
information.
SITES are organised according to National Library of Medicine MeSH Headings
where applicable, and the search engine allows for fully INTUITIVE KEYWORD
SEARCHING.
