HIV/AIDS through Unsafe Medical Care (4)

I am glad someone looked at HIV transmission through a different angle.
It is very disturbing to acknowledge such a fact. I am convinced this
kind of transmission may be occurring in some of the labour wards in
the resource poor countries? How many alarms need to sound before we
can act?
