Is the NGO good or bad? Who knows? (5)

Most NGO's are so terribly under-funded in the first place that
I think that more should spend at least a bit of their efforts
engaging in for profit ventures. All NGO's that I know of do a
great deal of good -- from small to big. So many have had to
close their doors due to lack of funding. Most operate with bare
bones budgets. How can we ensure that NGO's receive more fund-
ing? I am preparing to work for an NGO and they really do not
even have the funds to hire me which is a shame. There is so
much important work to be done but little money to do it with.
