I have very serious yet to be verified worries about the future of ACTs. The challenge of compliance may in the very near future wipe out the celebrated gains in the use of ACTs for the treatment of malaria. I am just hoping that the malaria vaccine would come on course before the easily predictable fast approaching era of resistance to ACTs especially in the poor nations of the world. This is an alert with no concrete evidence.
