Malawi rejects anti-AIDS loan (6)
---------------------------------
What I find interesting, especially on this list of scientists, re-
seachers, etc... is that you all find it so difficult to see the issue
from a different point of view?! If this issue was in any of you
all's discipline of study and you had a different view/perception on
an issue -- no matter how deadly -- you would fall back on your re-
search techniques. Techniques supposedly designed for higher learning
people to inductively get to the real heart of the matter. You would
present this cold-hard-facts viewpoint - ...then form your opinion and
present your case.
...why not here? Where is the process? To me -- just my opinion -- not
an accusation -- some of your comments on this AIDS loan thing are
looking at these African leaders as uninformed leaders who don't know
what they are talking about...needing to be pitied! While that might
be so, I expect that you would do what you do in every other case
like this.... prove it! If they are turning down money-loans -- then
we need to seriously look at why... not just the seriousness of the is-
sue the money is earmarked for... that just simply cannot be the
whole-facts.
