I think Dr Chandiwana's comment brings us to the right focus. To me,
many African leaders seem not to have bothered to be involved enough in
this tragic epidemic and when one of them dares to become involved, he
faces vitriol. The lesson being sent to other leaders with questions
and seeking to learn and be involved is: "keep quiet".
