This overview highlights Pathfinder's comprehensive approach to prevention, care, and treatment of HIV and AIDS in developing countries. Pathfinder's priority intervention areas are illustrated through highlights of country projects, as well as references to relevant publications and tools; these priority areas include community home-based care, HIV counseling and testing, treatment and adherence support, integration of family planning and HIV, prevention of mother-to-child HIV transmission, youth-friendly HIV services, prevention and treatment for vulnerable groups, and care and support for orphans and vulnerable children.
