One Week Left in the ICT Stories Competition 2001 - Enter Today!

There is just one week remaining in the ICT Stories Competition 2001!

Many stories have been submitted, but you have still have until April
15th to submit your story and win a trip to present your experiences
at INET 2001 in Stockholm, Sweden in June. There will be finalists
prizes awarded as well. Enter today at:

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, go to the Stories website and enter your project experi-
ences in our simple online form. You may also email your story to us:

REQUIREMENTS
All stories must be written about an active or completed project in-
volving information and communication technologies as applied to de-
velopment. Judges will be looking for stories that not only describe
their project but that convey lessons learned that can be applied to
similar types of projects. Creativity is encouraged. Stories should
not exceed 1500 words.

For more ideas, come to the website to read the winning stories from
the past two competitions.

DEADLINES
All entries must be submitted by April 15, 2001 to be eligible. All
entries submitted after the deadline will be automatically entered
into the next round of competition. Finalists will be announced on
April 22, 2001. Winners will be announced on May 1, 2001.

RULES
- Each person may submit one story per project per contest period.
- Updates of projects submitted in previous rounds of competition are
  permitted but should stand on their own.
- Multiple authors are permitted but only one person from each win-
  ning story will be sponsored by the Stories Project to attend INET
  2001.
- Entry in this contest authorizes infoDev and the IICD to use the
  writer's name and story in the promotion of the Stories Project. A
  list of Winners will be posted on the website.
