Questionnaire for Health Ministries in Commonwealth Countries

Ladies & Gentlemen
My name is Flo Harding and I am part of the Technical Support Group of
the Health Department here at the Commonwealth Secretariat. We want to
conduct a survey to find out about e-mail and Internet access in Health
Ministries across Commonwealth countries.
Below are the questions I want to ask. I would be grateful for your
comments please, firstly whether I am asking the right questions which
will provide me with a good indication of access and if there are any
more I should be asking.
I need a response by Friday latest as the survey needs to begin to go
out by Monday 23rd February 1998.
