Request for good teaching models

As reproductive programmes gather momentum everywhere we at WHO are re-
ceiving a growing number of requests for sources of good teaching mod-
els of different sorts for RH training programmes: these cover the
whole spectrum of RH subjects and skills, not just the standard child-
birth mannikins or "phantoms" as they are sometimes called. Oddly
enough the manufacturers of such materials and teaching aids seem to
leave WHO off their mailing lists - maybe in the misguided belief that
that it will not be of interest/utility to us. Therefore we have to
send out this plea to those of you who are working in the clinical or
academic field and who do get catalogues and publicity fairly regu-
larly.
We would deeply appreciate if you could share your information on such
suppliers - the wider the range the better - just names and addresses
(particularly e-mail addresses) will be gratefully received.
