Request for Information - Conference in 2000

Hi,
I'm looking for some information on a conference slated for either Oc-
tober or November of 2000. It is an international conference on third
world countries. I think it may be sponsored by the international so-
cial workers. This conference is to be held in Cape Town. If you could
provide this information I'd be grateful.
