RFI: Data on malaria prevalence and reference search

Hello!
I'am a PhD student working on the molecular mechanism of cell cycle
control in a chloroquine resistant strain. I want to write a paper. Who
will help me with the update epidemiological data (and reference) such
as:
- The prevalence of malaria in the world and particular in sub-Saharan
Africa;
- The approximate number of clinical cases each year;
- The rate of mortality and morbidity.
