You might contact the Civil-Military Alliance to Combat HIV and AIDS.
They have a quarterly publication and have held workshops/conferences
around the world---one was held in Namibia in 1997 bringing together
15 nations. They might have up-to-date information or know where to
find some. Also, UNAIDS should be a good source of information. Fi-
nally, Dr. Alan Whiteside from the University of Natal
<mailto:whitesid@shep.und.ac.za> is updating the AIDS briefs that you
quoted in your last e-mail. There may be a new one for military popu-
lations.
