What happened to the FDC meeting on HIV in Botswana late March
2004? I was looking for the final document at the globalhealth
web site (Office of Global Affairs (OGA) | HHS.gov). It was prom-
ised for mid April. Has anybody seen the final technical docu-
ment?

The draft document "Scientific and Technical Principles for Fixed Dose
Combination Drug Products" is available as MS WORD document (22 pp. 164
