Hi,
I am currently involved in a project "Perceptions of Gynaecological Morbid-
ity in Women from Urban Slums in Karachi, Pakistan". It is a qualitative
study. We have conducted focus group discussions and 'In Depth Interviews'.
The purpose of the Study is to document the perceptions of women of lower
socio-economic status (SES) in Karachi about gynaecological morbidity and
their treatment seeking behaviour.

This study will be used as a basis for a quantitative study to determine
the prevalence of gynaecological diseases and risk factors in this popula-
tion. These studies will enable us to formulate strategies to empower
these women to prevent these diseases and provide appropriate services for
treatment.

The study is in the final stages. I need to know about different qualita-
tive papers or publications about infertility, menstrual irregularities,
and reproductive tract infections so that would help me with writing up of
the results.

Thank you.
