Like research has it (ILO, WHO etc), SEs have been neglected in many parts of the world BUT, it would not be Uganda where 90% of the labor force finds "shelter" in the informal economy.
Due to the above, I am establishing a Ugandan network for Workplace Health promotion to tackle HIV related effects in small workplaces...
