RFI: Study on health financing in Ethiopia

Dear all,
Currently I am on study for Master of Philosophy in the University of
Oslo. My area of interest is on 'quality of health care improvement
from clients perspective at the primary healthy care level'. As I
finish in June 2001, I would like to pursue my doctoral study on
'HEALTH FINANCING in Ethiopia'.
I would appreciate if someone could help me in getting in touch with
the professor who might be interested in helping me in my further
study.
